Unopened, unused items in original packaging: Eligible for refund within 30 days of delivery. - Defective/damaged items: Eligible (report within 7 days with photos; no need for unopened packaging).

2. Non-Refundable Items

Opened/used makeup products (except defective ones) due to hygiene concerns.
